The retreats are designed to help pastors and church leaders heal from the past, while also gaining a deeper understanding of themselves as God has created them and their personalities. Through stress management and interpersonal relationship strategies, attendees will learn how to serve God sustainably with restored hope and a healthier mindset.

 

Marriage retreats can help couples improve communication and overcome complications.
Ineffective communication is often the root of marital problems. Marriage retreats aim to address this by teaching couples how to communicate and heal past hurts. Additionally, through temperament testing, couples can learn how God has uniquely created each other and how they can better steward their relationship with their spouse. 

 

The experience of women who have lost their spouse is different from most. While people around them have good intentions, they are often unsure how to approach and interact with them, for fear of causing hurt. This can often leave widows feeling isolated and without a support system. Retreats aim to fill this gap by providing a space for widowed women to process their loss and grief. Moreover, the retreats also aim to create a supportive community through the women they will meet at the retreats.

Our retreats' ultimate goal is to extend support to first responders and military personnel who struggles with PTSD.  We also aim to provide aid to those who experience anxiety and depression. Furthermore, our ambition is to make a difference in the lives of young adults as they transition from high school to college or a career, with God as their focal point.
